It is my great pleasure to welcome all my readers to Stacy for Seniors. I would like to help seniors of all ages navigate this humbling and sometimes tricky stage of life.

It has been said that growing old is not for “sissies”. After many years of working with elderly people, I have to agree. Senior citizens are some of the bravest, wisest and funniest people I know!

The inspiration for the Stacy For Seniors activity book

My goal is to improve and enhance the lives of seniors and those who love them. With any luck, we will all grow old and need some support with the simple tasks of daily life. That could include reaching for an object on a shelf, getting out of a chair, or remembering where you left your keys. I will help with practical and common-sense solutions. Did I mention this can be fun? It can be………… because we will tackle the “aging obstacles” with a sense of humility, grace and humor.
